Consolidators and Umrah operators extend credit to hundreds of sub-agents. In Rezencia, every agent books against a credit limit or wallet, and the platform stops a booking that would exceed it — no phone call, no spreadsheet check.
01 · The problem
The problem
Agent credit is usually tracked in spreadsheets and enforced by phone. During peak season the checks slip: bookings go through over limit, and the exposure is found at month-end.
- Balances updated by hand after each booking and payment
- Over-limit bookings issued during busy shifts
- Offline payments and top-ups approved over WhatsApp
- Exposure per agent unclear until reconciliation
02 · Why it's hard to fix
Why it's hard to fix
Balances move all day
Bookings, refunds, reissues and payments change every agent's position continuously.
Speed matters to agents
Credit checks can't slow down the agents who stay within their limits.
Exceptions are real
Trusted agents sometimes need temporary headroom — with an approval, not a workaround.
03 · What we built
What we built
Credit control inside the booking flow. Each agent has a limit, a wallet, or both; every booking, refund and payment updates the balance as it happens. A booking that would exceed the limit stops until the agent tops up or an authorised person approves. Folio6 shows exposure and margin per agent.
- Credit limits and wallets per agent and sub-agent
- Automatic stop-sell at the limit
- Offline payment approvals with an audit trail
04 · How it works
How it works
- 1
Set the terms
Limit, wallet, markup and commission per agent.
- 2
Agent books
The booking is checked against the live balance at checkout.
- 3
Stop or proceed
Within limit, it proceeds; over limit, it stops until a top-up or approval.
- 4
Ledger updates
The agent's statement and your exposure update as each step completes.
05 · What changes for the team
What changes for the team
| Before | With Voraal |
|---|---|
| Credit tracked in spreadsheets | Balances update with every booking and payment |
| Limits enforced by phone, when someone remembers | Stop-sell applied automatically |
| Top-ups approved over chat | Approvals recorded in the platform |
| Exposure discovered at month-end | Exposure per agent visible every day |
06 · What it does not do
What it does not do
- The platform enforces the terms the business sets; setting the right limit for each agent remains a commercial decision.
- Offline payments still need to be verified against the bank before approval.
- It doesn't replace collection processes for agents already over limit.
