What we built
Rezencia's Umrah and Hajj modules. Operators build packages from live and contracted components, publish them to resellers with their own pricing and credit, and allocate groups and rooms per pilgrim. Status updates go to pilgrims in English and Urdu; Folio6 tracks margin per package and reseller.

What it does not do
- Visa issuance remains with the relevant authorities; Rezencia tracks status, it doesn't issue visas.
- Contracted hotel and seat inventory must be loaded by the operator.
- Urdu messages should be written natively and reviewed, not machine-translated.
